Bob entered the real estate industry at the age of 21. At the age of 25, Bob was one of the youngest Managers and Vice President of Moore & Company, a 22-Office, 350-Salesperson real estate firm in Colorado.
After nine months of management, Bob returned to full time sales and over the next five years closed over 70 million worth of real estate transactions, in the Fort Collins area (population base 80,000 people.)
In the fall of 1989, Bob relocated to Southern California. In 1991, (After 24 months in California) Bob's sales volume exceeded $20+ million. In 1992, he was ranked in the "Top 10" of all Realtors in the state of California and ranked within the "Top 50" in the USA with Re/Max Real Estate. Bob then proceeded to achieve the ranking of #1 Sales Associate for Re/Max Laguna Niguel for 1993 and 1994. Bob is currently achieving sales volumes in excess of 100 million annually and ranks as one of the "Top" agents in the country.
Bob presently holds the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), CRB (Certified Residential Brokerage) and GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute) designations and has been a member of the National Association of Realtors since 1975, serving as Past Director for 1984, 1985, and 1986. Bob has participated as speaker for more than 20 of the Associations Conventions, which attracts over 20,000 participants annually. Bob has also served as an instructor for the Realtors National Marketing Institute for their Residential Sales Courses.
